Yes, I know this isn't really the place to file complaints, and I don't really expect it to be resolved here, but I guess I'm really just posting this as a warning.

I was very happy to see that they had started accepting Pepsi Codes for meta points, and in there was only a 3 day wait on being credited. I entered a bunch of caps, and eventually was credited for a few of them, so I kept entering. However, I noticed I was never getting credited for the newer ones I had entered. I was last credited for codes I had entered in late July, But I still had a lot of codes pending. Even though the page continued to say that crediting time was 3 days, 2 weeks, then 3 weeks went by without being credited.

As August was ending, I noticed that the pepsi Contest was due to end on September 13. I was worried as I still had 35 codes that had not been redeemed. I made some posts here, that all went unanswered, as well as using the contact link on the web site to ask about redemption, also unanswered. As the 13th got closer, I tried the contact link on the site again, and also never received an answer.

the 13th came and went, and a few days later, the page was removed from the site, and poof- there went all my codes. I had 35 codes pending- 700 metapoints, which I guess now are lost. I also have over 50 Mycoke codes pending, and I have doubts they'll be redeemed either.

Anyways, just take this as a warning. it's certainly frustrating when you never get answers from the site owners.

Your codes aren't gone from the system. They are still there waiting to be processed to with the other thousands or codes. The 3 day thing was placed when the site on had around 10,000-20,000 memebers. We now have over half a million. We've mentioned before through out the site and the forum that things can take a lot longer. This is due to the sheer number of things that have to be done. Things simply take time and there are limits that we can't get around.

So, really, you'll still credit me for the pepsi codes, even though the Pepsi contest is over, and those codes I entered are worthless to you?

If you do, that would be great. Just a bit surprising, that's all.

Over a month later, and just as I assumed, I was never credited for the pepsi points. Over 700mp gone

I did get my coke points, though. so not a complete loss, but even that's on hold now.
