maybe we could get like 1 cent for every 100 mp?

Well, Paypal usually levies its own fees, so I don't think it would be worth it to the MetaRL users.

what kind of rate is 1cent to 100mp?
Equivalent : 1k Mp for 10cents
10,000 Mp for 1$ >.>

Its 1000 mp is 1$.
You should do it but then charge us a fee of 2.9% + 300mp (30 cents). So you do not pay the transaction fee. We are.

That would mean we would loose meta points! Ok this is how it works:
For every 1,000 points is equal to $1. So that would mean you would rather do a crap load of offers to equal up to 1,000 meta points for just $1? and then have meta take a fee out? what the heck! Thats stupid! Just think about what you just said....

Paypals fee is that. Or else he would never do it. The fees are 2.9% + 30 cents. Its normal you will loose some money but paypal has to make money.
